Adarsh Ramesh
Adarsh Ramesh currently serves as Chief Analytics & Technology officer at OneOme, a leading pharmacogenomics-based precision medicine population health company.
Adarsh has 20 years of experience in various analytics, AI & engineering roles. More recently he served as Staff VP Data & AI at Elevance Health where he helped the payer build industry leading AI capabilities across a wide spectrum of functions including care management, underwriting, risk & quality etc. He has helped the company secure patents in these areas.
Adarsh received his Master of Science in Applied Statistics and MBA from Penn State University and holds an undergraduate degree in Electronics engineering. Adarsh is based in Chicago.
Ben Merkling, PsyD, LP
Dr. Ben Merkling is a Licensed Psychologist, a Certified Mental Performance Consultant, and the Vice President of Clinical Services with Premier Sport Psychology in Edina, MN.
Since joining Premier Sport Psychology in 2018, Ben has provided mental health care and mental performance coaching to athletes of all ages and skill levels, in addition to providing executive coaching for business executives. Ben also holds clinical and leadership roles with multiple professional teams and universities in the Twin Cities, in addition to overseeing all clinical services and operations at Premier Sport Psychology. Before joining Premier Sport Psychology, Ben completed training rotations in college counseling and rehabilitation psychology at the Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute in both United and Abbott Hospitals.
In his free time, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife of 12 years and his three loving, but rambunctious, children.
Eric Kirk, DC, DACO
Dr. Eric Kirk serves the role as Medical Director Midwest Region – Chiropractic Services for Advocate Health. Advocate Health is currently the fourth largest private sector health care system in the United States and consists of Aurora Health Care (serving primarily Wisconsin communities) Advocate Health Care, (serving primarily Illinois communities), and Atrium Health Care (serving primarily Carolina, Georgia, and Alabama communities) and Wake Forest Medical University.
Eric Kirk, DC, DACO also developed and currently serves the role of Program Director for Aurora Health Care’s Integrated Clinical Practice Chiropractic Residency Program. The program is the first private-sector chiropractic program in a community-based, Graduate Medical Education program within a large, integrated delivery health care system.
Dr. Kirk serves other leadership roles within the organization to include appointed membership on the Orthopedic Leadership Council and elected membership on the Washington County Medical Group Management Committee - Specialty Services.
Dr. Kirk received Chiropractor of the Year recognition in 2023 by the Wisconsin Chiropractic Association and its members.
Jeffrey King, DC, MS
Dr. King is an associated professor in the department of neurosurgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin where he practices in the interdisciplinary SpineCare clinic as well as the Aim spine center at Children's Wisconsin. In addition to his clinical practice, he is also the director of chiropractic, and the director of the chiropractic fellowship program. His research focus is on the overlap between concussions and cervical spine pain.
Michelle A. Mick, DC, DACBR
Dr. Michelle A. Mick (Wessely) obtained her chiropractic degree and chiropractic radiology diplomate (DACBR) in
the United Kingdom, at the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic, Bournemouth. She completed a fellowship in Musculoskeletal Radiology at the University of California, San Diego under Professor Donald Resnick, MD. In 2002, she returned to Europe as the Head of Radiology (Academic and Clinical) and Clinical Research at the Institut Franco-Europeen de Chiropratique (IFEC), a post that she held for 12 years, during which time she lectured throughout Europe and further afield. Michelle has since completed two short musculoskeletal MRI fellowships under Dr. Stephen Pomeranz in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Michelle has lectured extensively throughout Europe and North America on all aspects of imaging, from basic imaging reviews to special imaging interpretation. Her work has been published in international journals including Acta Radiologica and Clinical Chiropractic. In 2011, Michelle co-authored Essential Musculoskeletal MRI, a book designed to assist clinicians in MR imaging utilization and interpretation. Michelle splits her time between imaging interpretation, with RAYUS and at secondsightradiology.com, providing imaging interpretation for clinicians including DCs, MDs, DOs and DPMs, and lecturing to students and post-graduates.
Michelle lives in St Paul, Minnesota, with her husband, also a DC, DACBR, Dr Tim Mick, 2 children, Isaac (13) and Freya (9), and their adopted dog, Rufus! When she is not working, you can find Michelle in the garden, volunteering, or singing solos and recitals around St Paul, MN.
